2025 NATIONAL FORUM ON OVERDOSE FATALITY REVIEW : Turning the Tide

Save the dates of February 11–12, 2025, and join your peers for this national forum in Portland, Oregon. The theme for 2025, Turning the Tide, will highlight the advances that overdose fatality reviews (OFRs) and communities have made in collaborating to prevent substance misuse and future overdose deaths.
This forum will feature content from OFR peers around the country in a mix of general-interest plenary sessions, workshops for those new to OFR, and skills trainings to strengthen existing OFRs.
This is a convening for multidisciplinary members who participate in, lead, support, or are interested in OFRs to connect directly with colleagues from different backgrounds to discuss relevant issues and trends, share ideas, exchange resources, and gain new skills to improve programs. Participants at any level of experience are invited to attend.

Call for Abstracts are now open!
The 2025 National Forum on Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) will be held on February 11–12, 2025 in Portland, Oregon. We're excited to announce that our call for abstract proposals is now open until September 30, 2024. Submit your proposal here.
When filling out this submission, please review the 2025 National Forum on Overdose Fatality Review Submission Guidelines beforehand.
All proposals must be received by 11:59 p.m., ET, on Monday, September 30, 2024, for consideration in the 2025 agenda.
