PHAST Toolkit

Developed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a companion to the "Overdose Fatality Review: A Practitioner's Guide to Implementation," the Public Health and Safety Team (PHAST) toolkit provides guidance for data-driven overdose response coordination among public health, criminal justice, law enforcement, and first responders.
